what do I do? should I tell her? should I hope they break up or is that wrong? how long should I wait?

Tell her how u feel but not infront of her boyfriend.Itz better to tell her then 2 wonder for ta rest of ur life if she lked u.Go 4 it.Good luck!!

Since she has a boyfriend I would not just blurt it out and tell her because she might be shocked and ignore you. You might hope that they break up, but do not do anything to try to break them up because she will definitely get angry if she finds out that it was your fault they broke up. Since she is your friend try to hint in casual conversation that you like her. she will probably notice (girls notice stuff like that). If you think that it is the right time (preferably lone with her) then tell her, without being to direct. Even if she doesn't like you back tell her that you still want to be friends. Do not act jealous of her boyfriend though. If she likes you that is great, but if she likes her boyfriend things can always change you never know what will happen in the future. If you decide to tell her after she breaks up with her boyfriend wait a little bit. It s true that she will be vulnerable, and that means that it is definitley not the right time to tell her. Wait a few weeks until she is completely back to normal. If you are too nervous to tell her in person write her a nice note. But, do not do it over the phone, AIM, or email because it is just too impersonal. Good luck!!! :-)

Hoping they break up is just kinda human nature. You should wait, but you shouldn't dwell on her for too long. You can't stop living because of her. Wait and tell her how you feel but don't pass something else by because you're waiting for her.

Just wait. I mean, how often do relationships actually work out? Chances are they will break up. She'll need a shoulder to cry on, and you'll be there. She'll think "Why can't I find a guy like you?" Just play your cards right. :)

Just be her friend. Don't try to break them up--she'll just hate you for doing that. But if you believe that she likes you, then tell her. But don't be over-the-top. Best thing to do right now: Just be there for her always, and hope that she knows that you care.

some times you just gotta wait things out, its not wrong to hope they break up cuz thats how i was wit my friend and now we together, im tellin u just wait awhile then tell her how you feel, but do it b4 things get serious with them

Look man im a girl!! Well anyway I went out with this guy but one of my good guy friends really wanted to go out with me ...Well anyways to make a long story short he told me how he felt about me and I dumped the other dude!!Good luck

just give her hints or tell a frined to tell her casually that he thinks you like her...
careful thougth becasue anythign you do could backfire
