it may be a cliche, but there is a restaurant near the top of the Eiffel Tower, almost guaranteed romantic memories!

Try a Restaurant at Montmartre.
But as paris is a romantic city anywhere can be nice

If you want to be a little daring and are completly comfortable in your relationship, Id deff. recomend the Moulin Rouge. I know that its a little cliche and somewhat overplayed, But I promise you you won't be dissapointed. A nice little cafe in the afternoon before the sun goes down does the trick if you want a bohemian feel to your love.
