If persons respond to a question, the best way to determine the accuracy of their answer is to check it out by whatever means you have at hand. Artificial Intelligence will not be able to do this for you.
If the answer is not clear cut to you, it may well be that you simply do not understand the answer.
It seems that you are getting tangled up in your underwear trying to make a dissertation using words you can't spell to ask a question that is as obscure as your thinking.
