M&M is right. I use windows 98 and its easier to use limewire.
here is how it works for me
after downloading i tunes and limewire,
download the song on limewire.
look for the explore button.
click it and find the song.
then right click on the song to play it
it will transfer it to itunes for you and play it there.
hope this helps a lil, Merry Christmas

The iPod and iTunes Software only works with Win 2000, XP, and Vista. Sorry, but I think you'll have to buy a new version of Windows.
Who has Windows 98 anymore, seriously.

I think that if you go to http://www.oldapps.com/itunes.htm you can download version 4 of iTunes and it will work. I'm not positive that it will work on 98, but it just might. Try it out, it can't hurt.

Maybe you should upgrade your computer to windows xp or 2000. iTunes just work with those. At the end, I think is easier to upgrade your windows.
