im pretty sure you need sum kind of permits or sumthing

In this day and age I think that you would first need a cat scan. My husband and I once thought of opening a small bar, but with the liability that is now attached to the owners of bars...we think that it is far to risky.

I would LOVE to open a bar...but like I said...too many liabilities.
