Im suppose to write a story for English class. However, I can't even think of what to write. I need help thinking of ideas. The story can be about anything. Thanks!!!

Something or someone lost.
Overcoming setback or tragedy.
Finding something of great value, but not realizing what it is.
That's all I can think of right now.
As a novelist, I'm always searching for ideas. One of the questions I ask myself is "What would happen if...?" "If" being something very unusual or unexpected.
