I do too. I don't let others get to close, build up walls around myself and my heart, I come off as bitchy, and don't have expectations from anybody. Basically, I don't do commitment or intimacy

I try not to become attached to someone in order to protect
myself emotionally. I have a few friends but they are not
close friends.

I detach myself from people who hurt me. It actually a really bad thing, though, because I almost threw away a 16 year friendship over a misunderstanding.
