Well it goes like this i didnt eat my breakfast beofre my last minute shopping then it came to me who came up witht he word breakfast
It's sooo logical break then fast you break your fast

Yep because you have not eaten all night and then breakfast is when you break the fast of the night before. Congratulations on figuring it out!!!!! :-)
