enable there be a community interface card in each and each gadget, and run a cable between them. get a twisted cable and both the ends of cable should be pinched with connector by cross connection method
and insert the cable into network card and establish connection using peer-peer network

Special USB cable or A router and 2 ethernet cables
The guy above me is right....twisted ethernet cable...I used that one before, how could I not remember that one?

If they both run windows XP its much easier and if they are both XP professional then its quite simple but I half to go now sorry.
