I don't know if you can send a letter to Bush but a suppose it would be a similar procedure as sending one to Blair. I tried to send him an email but he ignored it (it was during the time that he was under a lot of pressure to resign).
However I have written to the Queen by post and have had a letter back from her lady-in-waiting saying that her majesty had very much enjoyed reading my letter. It could have been just a pre-written letter but I was really proud!

I would suggest writing a letter. It's better and it's more formal if you want to have a chance of being heard.

i dont think,you can send an e mail,but the phone book have the white house adress and phone number.of course i dont think he is the one answering the phone.
