He refuses to spray his head, I keep buying cans of spray paint, in different colors,but he keeps making excuses not to use them.

I would stop worrying about the back of his head. If you don't, you could be worrying about seeing his back as he walks out the door.

Maybe you should love him with or without hair. I'm sure he loves you regardless whether you get an extra wrinkle or a few more pounds.
Maybe he can shave his head? Bald men are hot!

If I was him, I dumped the insenstive dumb lump of a partner, and find someone who isn't so shallow as to worry about how much hair I have.
What bad thing did he do to get stuck with you?
