use most of the communications i.e. phone, email, chat, with as many people as possible to discuss all that you wanted and were afraid of asking. invite others to your place or meet them in their place. exchange hot or cold views and give hugs/cuddles. all of this going to cost you NOTHING except time and effort!!!

Think of something you can do that will help someone in need or simply help someone with the knowledge that you have and they don't. Doing this you will feel a sense of joy.

You would have accomplished something that has touched someone Else's life. This is a process that perhaps only humans have. Imagine what a better place we would be living in if everyone did this.

There is an old Zen tale related to your situation.
A Zen master meditating in the forest at the moment that a tiger was about to land on him say a flower and thought to himself, "what a beautiful flower".
The moral was that why waste his time worrying. He knew he was going to die. So he spent his last moments on this earth seeing and appreciating the beauty of the flower.

you can:
Day 1- clean your room, help with chores of the house, pick something you are good at, collect all the possible information about it.
Day 2- exercise, cook, meet people
Day 3- chill out, meet up with friends, go to a mall.

Or you could volunteer for these 3 days at a local charity.

Deep clean your house from top to botton,(pull everything off shelves and clean cabinets, wipe down walls, wash bedding, do windows) go through everything and get rid of stuff you dont use or need any longer. You will feel like a weight is lifted off your shoulder.

(1) Clean your house thoroughly.; (2) If you have a garage, clean and rearrange it.; (3) Clean all of your gutters, if you have them, and mow / sweep the leaves from your lawn ( if you are responsible for the upkeep of your yard). If you aren't, there's never such a thing as a too clean car, truck, van, SUV, or whatever you drive. Give 'er a thorough cleaning--polish 'er 'til you can see your face in 'er.
