from a co-employee callling me bad names cursing and harasing me by phone while i'm at work? I have told my boss about this and he does nothing

i work for a motel my boss is the owner. i get told just not to say anything to her. in the mean time she can say anything she wants.

Write an interoffice memo to the co-employee detailing the inappropriate behavior. Send a copies (bcc) to the Human Resource department, and your boss with a hand written note to the effect that if such conduct continues, you will consider it to be a "hostile work environment" and take appropriate steps to see that it stops.
("Appropriate steps" = Equal Employment Opportunity Commission [EEOC} complaint.)

You do not have to take this crap tell your boss if he don't do something you are going to his boss If it is a big co. go to the human resources dept. and file a complaint against all of them and your BS boss.
