If you have bled the clutch system you obviously know the system is hydraulic and does not have a cable so there is no adjustment.

There is no adjustment. Go to an auto parts store and buy a piece of clear brake bleeding tubing and put it on the bleeding screw for your clutch or "slave cylinder".
Get a bottle of brake fluid, Take the end of the hose you attached and submerge the tube in a bottle of brake fluid. loosen the bleed screw and have someone pump the clutch pedal slowly. Keep an eye on the fluid level in the clutch master cylinder. Don't let it run out of fluid! This is the idiot proof way of bleeding the air out of the clutch system. This works everytime if air in the system is your problem. I've used this method on people who just had their clutch replace by mechanics. But the mechanics usually bleed the system like they would brakes. That way doesn't always get all the air out. My way does. Just don't let the master cylinder get too low on fluid and make sure the tube is completely submerged in the brake fluid bottle. Don't let it come out of the fluid or you'll have to start the whole procedure again! If this doesn't work then your throw out bearing may be stuck or was installed wrong.

On some vehicles there is a pushrod adjustment at the clutch pedal. Don't know for sure on the Honda, but it's worth a look.

Usually there isn't THAT much adjustment at the pushrod (if yours is adjustable), but it's worth a try. Look for a locknut and/or cotter key on the pushrod near where it connects to the pedal. If those items are there, try loosening the locknut and backing out the rod, then tighten the locknut up again.
