Soups are good as well, chicken noodle or chicken rice are good. If your stomach can handle more flavorful soups you can try egg drop, wonton, vegetable soup, heartier chicken soups etc. Saltine/Soda crackers to put something a little more solid in you maybe some dry toast. My husband is really sick right now and i have been giving him toast and Popsicles and ginger ale to drink.The cold Popsicles he said seem to make him feel better and the toast is easy on your stomach Whole wheat ONLY)I give him cans of meal replacements they are really good cause you still get your vitamins.It is a meal in a can.You get them at the drug store any where in Canada or the US.I also give him crackers(plain unsalted)pudding cups and yogurt.
