I like real estate funds best, they are very solid and stable.

Probably UMREX or TAREX.

Both are great funds.

All index funds based on the S&P 500 should do well--Vanguard is the best. The Fidelity value fund is doing very well. Of course the DJIA just hit a new record--all stocks should be doing well.

Vanguard index fund. It will do as well as the stock market, and you wont pay any commissions. Go to Vanguard.com
