how to write a letter in which we motivate employees to never loses hopes although we lost a big project.I want to assure them also in a letter that your job is secure and as company is growing n getting more n more projects so we have more chances of advancement.
Can anyone help me to write an official letter to all employees.

Regardless of the size of the organization, I would recommend that you, as the Chief Executive, arrange to tell the employees face to face. Not only will it have a better impact than an impersonal, cold letter, but, by your confidence, enthusiasm and up-beat presence, you will raise the morale of the employees. In addition, they will have a chance to ask questions, make comments, offer suggestions.

Take the Winston Churchill approach. Acknowledge the bad news and express confidence in the employees that they will carry on - ".We shall fight (the competition) on the shore, fight in the streets, fight in the hills. We will never give up..."
