At 13, a LOT of girls haven't gotten their periods yet. Women are starting to get their periods at younger ages, due to the overall fatness of our society and possibly the hormones added to our food, but even so, 13 is still a fine age to be premenstrual.

yes it is, my own granddaughter is 13 and hasn't either. Some girls don't have one until they are 16 or 17. We are all different, even when it comes to menopause, we all stop at different ages as well.

Yes, Normally you get it when you are between 12-16 not exactly but around those years.

yes, it is normal, provided you are not underweight, exercising too much, are anemic or stressed out. these issues can cause delay of the periods, but if nothing is the matter, then it might be just late puberty, don't worry.

yeah, your period age can range anywhere from as young as 10 - 16 you might get it earlier, but no longer after 16 years of age.

yes that is perfectly normal. Even though a lot of your friends may have them it is normal that you dont have it. If you play a lot of sportrs (running, soccer, ect...) you may not get yours untill a little later on.

Some don't get it untill they're 15 or 16. My mom her mom and her mom before that didn't get theirs untill 16. I think I am following that.
