I've been loosing my mucus plug since the 4th. I felt pressure like I needed to push on the 16th and 17th. Then on the 18th I went in to the doctors and he said my baby had dropped and I was thinning more than I should be at 31 weeks so he put me on bed rest. On the 21st I got upset and started cleaning the house I couldn't take it anymore. I didn't really get any rest then yesterday I had to get up early with my neice b/c my sister wouldn't. Then I had to go to Wal-Mart and started having cramps I guess contractions I sat down and they went away. Then I went 2 gro store & another store and they started up again. I've been having light crampy feelings since my stomache feels sorta nauseated. My low back hurts & I feel like I'm gonna be sick and m chest sorta hurts like a panic attack. Also just a min ago I noticed a watery discharge. no bloodCould this be stress, false labor, or should I go get checked?

if it feels like your baby is balling up then yes you are having contractions. If you are worried go to the doctor or er the worse that could happen is they tell you it's not time and send you home. You really need to take it easy, drink lots of water, dehydration can cause early labor (been there done that) and take it easy. and keep in mind full term is considered anywhere between 36-40 weeks, but with medical advances today having you baby before then isn't as scary as it used to be. he or she would have to stay in the NICU ( neonatal intensive care unit) until they reach take home weight usually 5lbs.

i'm a similar way. There are a number of at domicile remedies you could attempt. i hit upon rest thoughts which includes yoga, respiration workouts stretching can artwork. looking a chuffed place, a relaxing reminiscence or fashionable interest you could think of approximately. For some human beings track will artwork, playing a typical track can regulate you attitude. in case you sense as though no longer something works it somewhat is often somewhat useful to flow talk with a therapist. there may well be some thing triggering your tension that is resolved. sturdy success.

I am gonna yell at you right now. IF YOUR DR SAID BED REST STAY IN BED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tell everyone else sorry but no one is more important than your unborn baby. Your dr put you on bed rest because your cervix is thining and it can cause major problems. go to the hospital now (not something i normally recommed but in your case you need to) if you have an incompetint cervix your baby can come early and have a long visit in the nicu or possibly die. I don't tell you this to scare you or hurt you but because I don't want what happened to me to happen to anyone.

Well I wonder how long you have been pregnant. If it is getting close to your due time I think that your baby is ready to come into the world. I do think that you should get checked. I think that your water may be breaking little by little and your baby may be feeling a little discomfort. Try sitting in really comfortable chairs. see if that works. Good luck!!!!!!!!!!

Go to the hospital. If your dr feels that you should be on bed rest then you need to stay in bed. You are being selfish and putting your baby at risk. If by some reason you dont deliever soon then take that blessing and do what your dr says. They dont suggest it for their health.

Go get checked and if it is false labor, then stay laying down. I know bedrest sucks, been there done that. But it is for your baby. Sacrifice, that is what being a parent is all about. Go get checked now.
