what can i do so the person cant see what i have downloaded and browsed? I have deleted cookies, history.
files and recycle bend is there anything else i should do?

You should shred deleted files. Otherwise someone can "undeleted" deleted files, cookies etc and see all your history. There are some shredder products in the market, some are free some are not. Read this article: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1895,1163064,00.asp

Make sure that you DELETE any programs that you downloaded.
To do this, go to:
My Computer > Control Panel > Add/Delete Programs > Find the program that you downloaded.

Also, I would suggest doing a virus check just to make sure that you didn't get a bug on their computer.

Delete cookies, delete not all but some history (get rid xxx sites man!) Do not empty your trash entirely because thats kinda suspicious Then cross your fingers and pray to baby Jesus your buddy doesn't find out.

All depends how had they want to look to see what has been done,but the feds can take a smashed computer ,thrown in water and can still retrieve info,so my method is when i am done my computer goes in one trash can and the hard drive goes in another can,no way to totally eradicate everything,just no way,without totally whipping clean hard drive

do a system restore from back when you borrowed the computer. just in case. but when they start to type in an adress it may show some of your old adresses typed. hopefully that will take care of it.

and by the way do a defrage too.

its more than enough. clear the recent documents which u ll get from taskbar properties delete cookies , delete files and delete history

Download ccleaner and run the cleaner, it will get rid of every temp file. Afterwards you can uninstall the program if you wish.
