Rihanna. She's younger and in a way smarter. She's not just singing about "goodies" all day. And someone on Yahoo! Answers said Ciara was a transsexual.
But personally, they're both bratty. I prefer a girl who's not full of herself and is hot. Rihanna and Ciara are not hot.
But Rihanna hands down!

Rihanna without bangs. She looked really good in that one video that I don't remember the name or even the song right now. Ciara is still pretty good looking but I like Rihanna more. But the person that beats them both out is either Eva Longoria or the girl on Las Vegas show. The casino owner's daughter, forgot her name.
