The Nativity has a wonderful portrayal of the character Joseph, Mary was also very good, interesting how the angels spoke with a Hebrew accent, very strong Biblical portrayal with some compression of the Biblical story to put the wise men with the shepherds
all in all I thought the acting was strong, and many people wiped tears for their eyes as they left the theater

A Christmas Story will always be my favorite but you said about this year so I'll have to say, "The Holiday." I'm a sucker for romantic comedies.

I have not been able to go see "The Nativity" this year. Prior to that I would have to say "The Polar Express".
