If they are from family/friends ( and the kids know it) , they can go under the tree anytime. The presents from Santa Claus go under the tree on Christmas Eve, after the kids are in bed.

I loved seeing Christmas presents under the tree Christmas
morning, that wernt there the night before. Guess that goes with the Santa tradition though.

We always make sure all the kids are asleep and been asleep for awhile on the night before Christmas. Got to make sure none of them will wake up before you get all the presents under the tree and into bed yourself.

properly its 11 right here in London yet for the 1st christmas ever we've had our provides below the tree for a pair of week or so till now christmas its somewhat sturdy nonetheless because of the fact theres no labels so we dont be attentive to whos is whossss ah i cant wait! merry christmas for tommorrow xo

Santy claws brings those, he uses Santa Magic so nobody really knows what time he comes. It is assumed to be around Midnight on the Eve of Crhistmas Day. But nobody has ever seen Santa Claws yet, we can see his sliegh and reindeer on the Radar, but then he uses Santa Magic and *poof*! he is in your house placeing the earned gifts.
