Its quite an old phone, and compared to some of Sony Ericssons latest models, the screen is not the best. It also has no expandable memory (no card slot), making your memory limited. One final fault is it is rather large when Flippe open. My uncle has one, and it does everything required of a mobile today, but unless you wanted a swivel phone, why not go for the K750i, or if you want music the W700/W800/W810. These all do exactly the same things, and are almost the same phones, apart from the W810 which has a much better screen. If you have a lot of money to spend I recommend a K800i, but that is about £200 pay as you go, or you need a contract. However regarding the W550i, here is a link to a review I found:
