Why when I use skype.com can't I see the person I'm talking too??? I only see me?

I have a computer in my basement with a logitech Pro 5000 camera on it and a computer upstairs with another Pro 5000 camera on it. When you sit at the computers you can see video of yourself and talk to each other but not see each other??? Why?
