C-span made two requests:

1) Can C-span use their own cameras as they see fit?

2) Can C-span record all votes electronically so the general public can access them on a weekly basis?

Pelosi's answer: 1) No.
2) She will think about it

Was C-span out of line?
Was Pelosi seeking to be transparent and open which she promised during the elections for Democratic candidates?

Whose interest is being served, Pelosi or the people who elected her candidates?

I hadn't heard about this (I've been grossly negligent about listening to the news lately), but I'm still chuckling over the fact that a week after she was elected, her own party was calling for her to step down.

I love that Rush calls her Bela Lugosi...

Does anyone actually believe that Pelosi isn't a hypocritical control freak?

And had Republicans acceded to those two requests in the past, out of curiosity?

Pelousy does not want the American People to know what she has planed for us.

she will be 'transparent' when it suits her purpose - otherwise it will be business as usual. Watch out - her she comes.
