Sounds like you have a compulsive addiction to masturbation. You need to stop or at least minimize how often you do it. I bet the bleeding problem will clear up once you do that.
You should also be careful because masturbation can make you so occustomed to sexual gratification that you no longer have the ability to freely choose sex.. you'll become a slave to your own desires. It's much better to have self-control and self-mastery, and then freely and clearly choose sexual intercourse when it is proper.
True freedom doesn't mean "do whatever I want", but rather true freedom is the ability to freely choose what is truly good and honorable, without a compulsion that controls you.

The first thing you're gonna have to do is see your doctor. He'll then refer you to the right specialist. If it gets worse, maybe you should go to the ER. Because what your stating is definitly not normal. Good luck.

You need to get some vaseline or KY jelly when you masturbate, or you will get too much soreness, and, as in your case, scabbing and bleeding.
