when im around this guy, all he wants is to kiss on me and touch me. im kinda gettin tired of it! i mean, i like him and everything, but im not giving in to him just like that... what really makes me pissed, is one night he told my mom " Whatever happens in nine months, its not my fault." thats so stupid! and im still a virgin at that! why does he do this to me! it hurts me really bad! he always touches me to much and im tired of it! can anyone help me on what to do next?

He doesn't respect you. In fact, he doesn't respect any female, or he would not have made that crass remark to your mother.
You deserve a boy who will respect your physical limits and speak respectfully an appropriately to your mother. Don't settle for anything less.

You clearly are quite young. So as you get older the answer to this problem will become very clear to you.
The answer you will discover is.....GET RID OF THE BUM.
Next time you see him tell him you want to be left alone.
Have you ever heard of the old story about the boy pulling the girls pigtails.
That is exactly what he is doing with you. He knows you are irritated by this and so he keeps it up.
Even if you didn't mind him petting on you for him to tell your mother what he did is unforgivable. Tell him so and then tell him to get lost.

If you really like this guy tell him but also let him no his limits. Meaning tell him that if he is in the relationship for only sex than he need to get the stepin because your not ready for that and that your tried of him touching all over you.

I wasn't allowed to go steady in high school and I was attractive. I learned from a dear friend to take control and act like their mom each time they made advances. Just when they began to cross the line. I was also taught to envelope myself with an invisible force that protected me and sometimes caused me to be invisible. I learned to throw that soft sparkly light to others like an ameba stretching. I learned to joke and tease as an adult mannerisms of responsiblity. I learned to tell my mate/boyfriend that he had to get me protection. He had to purchase the device that would protect me. Because if we were to be together I needed to feel safe and it had to be a responsible safe reality. My men grew up with me. We had wonderful relationships and even when we parted... we were forever fond of our times together. We acted as if we protected one another from harm. Always safe. It was lovely.

Tell him what you just stated here. Then tell him that's the reason that you will not allow him to spend time with you anymore. Maybe that will even help him learn how to behave. But, if not, at least you won't have to deal with his stupidity any longer.

I can't believe he'd say that! Apparently he doesn't respect you or your body. Actually, he probably doesn't respect women is general. That would piss me off too. Break it off with him. A pig like him doesn't deserve anyone.
