well i am no expert...but women a lot of the time, over analyze...and many of them will get upset about it no matter what. unless she doesn't really care. some women understand, but we think about a lot of things. but i would stick to...something along the lines of, it's not healthy..or you could say that it could make her feel better, and that its good to stay in shape, so you look and feel good. you don't want to give her the feeling that shes not good enough the way she is, and you don't want her to see herself as a big fat girl...but there is always room for improvement, and it's always a good thing to be healthy and happy.

LMAO.. you can't! Or you can try a week after that time of the month, horomones are better then. LMAO but there's no nice way to say honey you need to lose a few pounds! Just like everyone else is saying join the gym and go with her. Do the grocery shopping or go with her. Buy more healthier foods and no junk. Just like someone else has said she probably already knows she needs to lose a little and if you point it out to her it's really going to hurt her feelings.

You can't. Take care of your own health and stay in great shape. Suggest to her the tools and suggestions to lose weight. Medical Assessment, Professional Nutritionist, Personal Trainer consultation, convinent Gym Membership.
All that said prognosis is poor. Take the Merck Manual down from the bookshelf and look up obesity. Basically says that the outlook is really poor and depite most intervention she will Claire (inflate till she dies of a related medical affliction). Bovine-American woman is basically a terminal condition.
Maybe send flowers.

i would recommend you ask her to exercise with you... that you want to exercise and need a partner to exercise with. and as time goes by complement her on how she's looking to encourage her to want to do it more. but that is the only way you can do it without having to flat out tell the person that you think they need to lose the weight... no matter how you say it she can take it the wrong way so you have to decide if you want to be honest and up front or deceiver the person. good lick on that.

Tell her that you love her and your concerned about her heatlh. Fatty tissues can turn into cancer, being overweight puts you at risk for cancer, heart attack, diabetes. Let her know you are there to support her. Purchase a package at 24 hour fitness . Workout with her. This will not only motivate her but it will give you quality time to spend with each other.

A nice way might be to say that you're on your way to the gym and ask if she wants to go along with you.

you cant do it without hurting her feelings no matter what you say......we chubby people know we are chubby and dont need it to be pointed out to us......try doing activities with her that get her moving without letting her know that you are getting her to exercise.....bike ride....long romantic walks....roller skating etc that way it is sneaky and fun

Hello =)
Why on earth would you want to be so shallow and heartless??
If SHE wants to lose weight, then you can support her. If SHE doesn't, why would you want her to??
Oh, I see, you're one of THOSE kinds of people.
Well, SHAME ON YOU!!!!
Namaste, and Happy Holidays...
