If Vicki wasn't evil, Timmy would not have his fairly odd parents. In one episode it showed Timmy getting his wish on being mean to Vicky and since he wasn't miserable anymore, his fairly odd parents could not grant him his wishes and became Vicky's fairly odd parents because Timmy was making her miserable. I know this is off the record but I think Cosmo and Timmy's father are hysterical!lol! Timmy is an average kid, that know one understands..sorry I got a little carried away!lol!

she's the most important character on the show. timmy wouldn't have his godparents if vicky did'nt make him so miserable. if he diidn't have his godparents the show would end. that's why vicky is so evil,to keep the show going.

if vicky wasnt evil to timmy then he wouldnt need his fairy godparents and therefore there would not be a cartoon to watch

why are you concerned with the menstral cycle of a cartoon? I think you may need to talk to someone to help tame the demons in your own life that you are unfairly projecting onto others,
or...simply know it is a friggin cartoon!
