Why wouldn't he still be P R E S I D E N T?

i would really want to know the answer to that!!!
all he does is lie about what he would do if he could do it and puts his country in danger by killing off his people...what happened i thought he loved his country...it sure don't seem like it!!!!
he is no bomb because if he was he is too stupid to use it in the first place!!i didn't vote for him and i have no idea why anyone did!!bush was lying about what he would do from the start...he did nothing of what he said he would do...my county's schools all voted against him..we all knew back then that he was a bad egg...bush was an idiot and still is because you can't fix stupid!

1. He won a second 4 year term in 2004.
2. He leaves office in January of 2009.

Well not to worry, we only have to put up with him for two more years. Besides what impeachable offenses has he committed, And I'm not sure I like who's next in line either.

Because he term is over in 08, when presidents are elected they get 4 years.

2. Because the constitution allows him to finish his term. You have fixed four-year term elections.
