I'd love to visit!
British comedy: seems to be an aquired taste, guess I've aquired it ;-) (Monty Python, Totally Fabulous, The Young Ones)
Dr. Who, Quirky slang, Castles, Harry Potter, Sorry to say,but alot of people associate the British with bad teeth= Austin Powers. Sex Pistols, Angry Punks, Royals, Bobbies.

Nigella Lawson. Other than that, nothing really. I think of Britian and a lot of things that have to do with British culture. ... And I think about British spellings and our differences.
... What comes to mind when one says American?
