hmm well i would say the bleeding might be caused from dehidration drink more water and the masterbation well it is not health to do it alot , if you having sex alot then there is no use for it but if you dont have sex that often it is healthy to do it 2-3 times a week but to much can cause problems and may cause serious medical problems
