I"m almost ready to beat the game but I still have some more hunts and rare game to find, can I beat the story and still do those things after? Also is there any reply bonuses when playing the game again?

Well, I just beat the game, and once you head to Bahamut, there are no save crystals. So if you decide to beat the game before you finish the hunts, and want to go back and do it, just do it from whatever save you had BEFORE you went to Bahamut. Also, there is no "New game +" like there is in X-2. And as far as I know, there are no replay bonuses.
