Just let your eye brows grow back, they will very quickly, in the meantime use an eye brow pencil to 'fill' in where you have over plucked.

Use an eyebrow pencil with light feathery strokes to fill in the gaps. At night, before you go to sleep, apply castor oil on your eyebrows so that the growth is hastened...don't worry too much, they will grow back

The worst thing one can do is overpluck. Well, not the worst. But be careful because once plucked, your eyebrows can take months to eventually grow back. Until that happens, fill in bare spots with a brow powder or pencil. It’s best to use light, feathery strokes to create a realistic look, rather then drawing a line. Set the color with brow gel.

Get some sort of eye pencil that is the same color as your eyebrows and draw the rest of them on until they grow back (which should be soon)

Use an eyebrow pencil and brush your eyebrows. Eye pencils can work but they would look sharper. Have an eyebrow pencil with powder and keep it for such emergencies.

Get some cheap (dark on top, light on bottom) sunglasses to wear while they're growing out. If you're an expert, try brow powder applied with a brush.

OOOH....
You will have to use an eyepencil or something to redefine your eyebrows till they grow back. I was once told that applying olive oil to your eyebrows helps them to grow back faster. So you can try that at night or when you are at home.
Hope it helps...
