To me it is the people. And there are select people here on Yahoo Answers who have added immensely to this Joyous anticipation, both those posing questions and giving answers here in this Christmas section.
So to all of you who have read (maybe with some sense of repetition), my wish for all: A Joyous, happy and merry (as nearly perfect) Christmas as you can possibly have.

Any Christmas is perfect, but to make it really really perfect would be having a ''white" Christmas. There is just something about fresh falling snow on Christmas......

If for once I could spend it with the family 1 day and nobody criticize me or put me down or complain..In my family..it's "I love you" one minute and as soon as you turn your back "she is the worst daughter, person, etc"..Just one day I woul dlike to hear nothing but positive comments about how I have done something good with my life whether they agree or not rather than hearing what a failure I am to everyone.

Mr. GorgeousFluffpot brings me breakfast in bed and throws open the curtains to reveal a gift-wrapped red Ferrari parked outside on our drive. Oh yes, and George Clooney is the chauffeur.
Hmmmm- *fantasises* - that'll definitely be my perfect Christmas.

Realistically my Xmas will be spent sweating buckets in the kitchen trying not to drink myself senseless.
