Yes, something like this has happened to me. I read the answers given so far . . didn't see one that said "it has nothing to do with you". You didn't do anything to cause this. What you did was perfectly normal. What he did was choose an extreme. He probably had a low self esteem and found affection through a boy.
Hopefully he comes around and realizes boys were not meant for boys. In the mean time, just keep living your life and have a terrific Christmas.

No I have never had that happen to me but I am a lesbian. The thing is it should not bother you. if you are still in school you should know that in school people dont come out becasue they dont want to get beaten up. Just wish him well and move on. You have loads of time to find someone that knows they are not gay or bi

Yes, I used to go out with this polish girl who didnt think she was pretty. She always dressed like a guy though, but she turned lesbian our senior year. I broke up with her for some stupid popular greek girl, and she was very very heart broken. I wonder sometimes if it was me that cause her to go gay. Naaaah.

it's not your fault. people are born bisexual, they just don't realize it until later in life..
in the future, try not to make out so quickly into a new relationship.. really get to know a guy well before getting physical..

That has never happened to me. But, don't blame yourself because you broke up with him. He probably just now stepping out of the closet, and your actions did nothing to "change" him.

Do you think just because you broke up with him he turned to guys. I don't think so, He just found someone else who he likes and that person just happen to be someone of the same-sex. You didn't turn him bisexual. He is bisexual.

Yo, his predisposition for enjoying both sexes isn't your fault.
If he is drawn he is drawn and it probably would have happened sooner or later.
Ask yourself if he could change your idea of the right partner?
