What is the resolution that your eyes have (assuming 20/20 vision)? Like pixels in a digital picture, except number of photons that our eyes can process.

it's actually quite infinite. but to put it into those terms, your eyes are like trillions of megapixels. our eyes can catch a lot more than what our brains truly process; as far as most of us are concerned there's only like 16 colors that we can truly discern from, maybe take that to the 16th power, to figure what a trained eye can really tell.

you mind is only working with perhaps a small fraction of a percentage of what your eyes and ears are picking up, so it doesn't really matter. now if we could ever find a way to apply that type or method of processing information to computing, we could forget about the limitations we're dealing with now with technology.
