I know that garlic oil is good for the health. But will it still affect my breath even if i take it in capsule form which would be much easier for me since i really hate garlic?

People who've tried takin 'em, err.. what happens when you burp?ü

I read garlic pills are not as effective as eating fresh garlic.
You can cut a garlic piece into slivers, dip into olive oil and swallow. Don't chew, swallow whole and you won't smell like garlic.
Start out with one piece a day until you can tolerate more. This is nature's antibiotic.

Yes....you will burp nasty garlic alllll day long......unless you get the odorless....or burpless garlic pills......def take those ones.....otherwise you'll smell like a huge garlic field!

It really depends on the brand. Some are ordorless, some not. Read the labels before you buy.

No, the pills are orderless. Don't forget to take a vitamin b complex.
