...it is just some of them. Some are scary and some are sad. You are not alone!

That would depend (almost exclusively) on circumstances you didn't elaborate
Oh wait, now you did: Christmas music is scary.
Is it all Christmas music, or just The Little Drummer Boy? If it's just that one song, I'd be inclined to just avoid it.
If it's all Christmas music, I think my advice would be to get a wide variety of Chrismas albums and see if you can't find one artist or style that isn't upsetting. (Personally, I like Mannheim Steamroller, for them even The Little Drummer Boy rocks.) With all the choices, including several that don't sound particularly Chrismas-y you might be able to find something you like. I know at Amazon if you search for "Christmas" in music, there's a list on the lefthand side of the screen that lets you narrow by genre.
Find something you can stand listening to through the Christmas season and ease yourself into the rest. There's some crazy stuff out there, and you'll get complements on your funky non-traditional Christmas music.

I think that's the tune for "the Little Drummer Boy". It was made into an animated film back in the late sixties.
I remember thinking it was a little scary, because at one point, a man yells at the boy for not smiling, then paints a smile on his face and makes the boy perform on his drum. Since that's the only scene that stuck in my head all these years, I've never had the urge to watch it again.

Is Christmas music the only thing that you are afraid of?
Is it the drum, the song or the drummer boy?

Hmmmm.... maybe because you think that by appearing to be scared of Christmas music you'll give the impression of being "cooky" or "wacky" or "weird", which is quite obviously what you want.

Did you have some bad experiences at Christmas time? That could explain your fear. Talk to someone professional.
