I met my husband, my Junior year of High School (his Senior year). We both knew the same group of people and we were all hanging out after school. Was it love at first sight...for him, yes, it seems that way. He was determined to win me over, and he did. For me, I loved him, but I was terrified of commitment at the time, so I end up breaking up with him 2 months later. He went to Navy boot camp and a year later, came back home and just walked up and kissed me. We've been together since. So I guess for me, it was love at second sight. I had to lose him to realize how great he was.

We met here on "answers" when I answered one of his questions. He contacted me because he agreed with the answer and we started to IM several hours a day. Two weeks later we drove to meet half-way between our two states.

Yes, it was love at first sight. We had already gotten to know the important things about each other, so we felt like we had known each other for years. Two weeks later he moved to my state and three months after that we were married.

I met my wife in high school, we were classmates, we were introduced to each other when we were juniors by a friend of ours. I felt a connection with her when I first met her, but we didn't start dating till our Senior year, we had a class together, and that feeling that I had from our junior year just got stronger, and I asked her to go out with me. That was in the fall of 93 and we have been together since. So yes I think it was love at first sight.

We've been together for 13 years, married for 10 of those years.

I met my husband in a bar, we were introduced by a mutual friend. It certainly wasn't love at first sight for me but it was for him. We've been together for almost 7 years.

True story.....my friends & I were on the beach after having too much to drink. An under-tow took me off balance and my now husband who I didn't know jumped in to save me.

It wasn't love at first sight but that's when it began....over 31 years ago.

i met my husband five years ago when he had the lead role of Joseph in a traveling version of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. at first, i thought it was amusing because he sort of makes weird faces when he sings, but by the intermission i was entranced. i waited by the stage door after the show to meet him, and he asked me out, and the rest is history. we've been married for three and a half years now and it still feels like the first day i saw him
