Gymnastics is such an awesome sport but so may people seen to just forget about because they would rather watch football or some other sport. I dont have anything against football but I just think that gymnastics should get a little more attention. Agree? Tell me why.

Absolutely, I played and coached football and I loved the reasonable physical contact, especially the tackling.
But gymnastics is awesome. I was a still rings champion in college. There is such an exhilaration in doing giant swings and and upper & lower strength moves with swing moves in between and the dramatic stops at strength holds that I had in my routeens. Most people cannot relate to the amount of skill, strength, flexibilty involved because most people cannot advance that far. Whereas in football, there are many individuals who can throw a long pass, catch a bullit(hard throw), kick a spiral, without really playing the game personnally.
I think the draw with football is because of the exciting plays that can be made at every play and it of course is a crowd pleaser with all the cheering, that is part of the high people get.
It seems to that girls , rather than boys gymnastics is more popular--an men might consider it a more feminen sport.

Yes gymnastics are a very beautiful sport but they are very hard.It takes ours and ours of practice to achieve something and even the tiniest mistake can mean disaster.Football is more popular cause there are much more football competitions than gymnastics ones;we see more often football players than gymnasts at TV.

nope. because some ppl ratehr watch some guys fight for a football, or soccer ball, etc. instead of watch some person do flips and such. then again, some ppl would like to watch some person do things they cant even impossibly do. idk, it all depends on the person's interest.
so yeah. i dont have anything wrong with gymnastics, just dont have a big interest in it.

I've noticed that all everyone cares about is the sukish gross sports. I love gymnastics! My sister is the best of the best. she does a double front off of our diving board in our backyard!
