well to some people yes. But i think the most wonderful time of the year is your birthday because that's when you were born..
I guess people think Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year just because they get a bunch of presents...
No offence to anyone, but i think they should really look more at what Christmas is REALLY about. Like how christ was born on that day. and srry if i am offending anyone's religion!!! =)

For most people I would say yes it is a wonderful time of year, But their are so many people in the world that feel its not and they have reason to feel that way, for instance Homelessness, No family, hungrier, Can you imagine all the people in Iraq in what they've had to live with, people that are poor and can't afford Christmas, Its a burden for people that are below poverty level, No there is diffidently no happiness for these people.

it can be the most stressful time of year for me...with all the presents to buy...putting up decorations...having all the family over... preparing christmas dinner..etc...but at the end of the day its all worth it to see a smile on everyone's face

for some yes, for others it is a potent reminder of loneliness, or how bad things are economically or any combination of such things.
