The way my graphics card fan is attached to the graphics card creates a lot of noise, this noise is not from the fan itself. I was wondering if I can buy a fan or cooling system to cool the graphics card that does not attach directly to the graphics card.

it depends on what graphics card u have since there is some generic cooling fans and heatsinks u can get but some cards required a more complex cooling system.
i would check http://www.frozencpu.com for cooling.

something is incorrect which comprise your card. i could touch the producer and request a return merch. authorization and get a clean one. removing of the fan or any mods will void your guarantee. athough there are passive cooling structures obtainable if your prepared to purpose them look below assesories, cooling at newegg
