Is there a way to delete this program,I can't find it anywhere in my programs.The fnh window always comes up and never did before after installing a device. Thanks

Its telling you that you have new hardware! You must have added something, flash drive, bluetooth, etc! Let it do its install, in the process, it should give you an idea on what its installing!

Right click my computer-properties-hardware-device manager
and see wheather any hw is mark with yellow !or?
if u saw that then u have to install the driver for that

it shows that one of your hardware is running without its driver and you have to install its driver
