Everytime I go watch a movie, there are bound to be idiots and arsewipes sitting in front, behind or just next to me giving a running commentary of the show, answering a call, or just speaking nothings to their partners or worse, reading out whatever they read on the screen like nobody else could read except them. How do you deal with them? I tend to shush them first and after that stare at them, but they usually don't wory. Any ideas?

I have stopped going to the movies b/c of these types of people. I can't stand it. The worst was a few years ago I was at a premiere of The Perfect Storm sitiing in front of a group from a film studies class. They laughed at every bit of bad acting in the movie and snickered the whole time (there was plenty of bad acting). Don't even get me started with the High School kids...

This is how I deal with those idiots. First, I ask them politely to be quiet, if that doesn't work..I turn around and tell them to shut up. If these solutions don't help I may use a little profanity when telling them to shut up.

If a shush, or a look doesn't stop them - just tell the manager. They will be asked to leave.
