How can I add stained glass under crafts so I can start a group on yahoo?

Do you mean starting a "stained glass" category (under Hobbies & Crafts) here at YahooAnswers?

Or do you mean starting a stained glass "group on Yahoo"?

"Yahoogroups" are mailing-list type groups (and you should definitely join one/some if you're interested in any particular craft or topic), and there are many groups on stained glass already at Yahoogroups (look here:
http://groups.yahoo.com/search?query=stained+glass )

If you meant starting a stained glass category here at YahooAnswers though, I feel your pain.
It seems that this forum doesn't allow for much distinction at all in the area of crafts/arts/hobbies (while other categories have *loads* of separate subcategories!).
Instead, they lump everything from coin collecting to polymer clay to knitting all in one big group unfortunately, so it's not nearly as helpful (or used) as it might be IMHO.

But you could try writing to Yahoo (there's probably an e-mail address from the home page somewhere) and ask to start a new subcategory, but I doubt you'll get anything more than a form letter saying they received your mail .
