Keep in mind that some of these are pretty on their own, but along side a very different last name, it could be strange. "Debbie" is usually a solid name, but if someone in my family had that name, "Debbie Duffie" just can't be taken seriously. So pay attention to not only how good the name sounds, but how good it sounds with your last name, and how it sounds with any other popular last names (for girls, for if they take a name in marriage)
Rowin - Make it "Rowen" and I would say it's pretty. "Rowin" and "Rowyn" are a bit 'out there.'
Brylee - No.
Rielynn - As a future teacher, I would hate to try to pronounce it. Is it "RYE-lin," "rye-LIN", "REE-lin," or "ree-LIN"
Kynedie - No. Just don't.
Jayla - I can't take it seriously. If she became a top exec one day, do you think "Jayla" would be a serious business name?
Paris - Cute as a middle name. Kind of ditzy impression I get.
Jaylee - See "Jayla"
Boys
Christian - Good, solid name. I'm not even Christian and I would consider that name.
Ryder - Sounds great for a model or an actor, but what about as a politician? What about if he moves to a place with a thicker accent? It may get drawn out.
Kainen - Pick a better spelling or ditch it.
Avery - Cute, if he was a mailing label.
Luca - No. People will think you were too cheap to put an "S" on the end.
People are very very judgemental about names, so be careful not to go too far off the edge with names.

I love the names you have for a girl, the boys however are not that great. The only name that I like is Avery. But in the end it's all up to the person to decide. It doesn't matter what other people think, you will know if it's the right name by looking at him or her for the first time.

Girls-
Rowin or Rowyn - Reminds me of "rowing" a boat.
Brylee - Cute!
Rielynn - The "Rie" part's spelling is sort of wierd, but I like the name.
Kynedie - Looks like it's pronounced Kye nedie, but I think it's Ken - edie? But it's a nice name.
Jayla -Eh, I like Jaylee, better.
Paris - Hilton's put a bad mark on that name..
Jaylee - Cute!
Boys-
Christian - I love this name! (Moulin Rouge, hehe.)
Ryder - Very unique, I like it!
Kainen - Nahhh.
Avery - Girl name!
Luca - No, sorry.

Love Rowyn or Rowin and Avery. Wow! Those are beautiful!
Please don't name your girl Paris - you are just asking for trouble.

In my opinion Paris and Christian are the best. All the others I do not like. My suggestion is the following:
Example: If Latin last name than the first name should be very Latin. Ge it?
Consider the meaning when selecting names and possible unpleasant name calling for a child by schoolmates. Your child has to live with that name until he is 18 years old (in order to legally change it).

I don't mean to be harsh, but Rowan is a male name, just because one celebrity named her daughter Rowan doesn't make it a girl name. The rest of the girl names hurt my eyes, and none of them are legit names with any meaning behind them (except Paris, which is technically a boys name and Paris Hilton ruined.)
What about Bronwen, Bryony, or Jada? They are all female names with great meaning behind them. Also, they are all far less common than the names you listed and they will age much better.
I love you boy name suggestions. My favorite is Luca, so handsome and the nickname Luke is great.

Girls-Rowen
Boys-Christian
Ryder
The name Rielynn reminds me of my given name Lynn Rie (Japanese for pear blossom) and Rie is pronounced Ree-ye. If, you use the name Rielynn, consider spelling in a more phonetical way like Rylynn or Ryland. It would bastardized and mispronounced all the time!
