You can buy a cable on eBay that connects the phone to a USB port on your computer. Check where it is shipping from and that you're not being ripped off for the postage.

You then use software downloaded from the Nokia site to transfer files, contacts, etc.

I did this for a similar model, the Nokia 3200 and it works fine. I've backed up all my phone numbers on to the computer this way.

buy a cable from local shop. ask him for drivers also. he will tell you. if not then go for nokia site then download nokia smart suite. now you can connect to your pc

use DKU-2 data cable and nokia pc suite software which is available in nokia.com
