Yes i like other guys but that doesn't mean people have to spread it around, people need to learn to respect others choices about keeping stuff private!

Because some find homosexuality to be unnatural. Although it might not be to others, some (most people) were raised with the mindset of boy & girl; not boy & boy or girl & girl.

For the same reason they will judge you about any other aspect of what makes you who you are. Doesnt matter if its your age, sexuality, race, religion, dress code, or if you are a trekkie, these are the hooks we as humans use to try and work out what the people we don't know are like. Don't sweat it, its really not personal
It sounds like your other question is why can't people keep their mouths shut, and that's a whole other answer...

Try looking at it from another angle, it's not the norm so maybe that's why people talk about it. I agree with you though about keeping stuff private so perhaps you need to be more picky in whom you tell. Peace and I hope you have a very Merry Christmas :-)

Oh common.....its juicy to talk about other people and what makes them "different".
"See Bill by the fax machine, yeah, he's an alcoholic"
"You KNOW she spends all of their money on frivilous shopping"
"Did you hear that Jamie is marrying a BLACK MAN?!"
It just so happens that yours is you are gay and people fear/are curious about it, therefore they share their views with other people in the form of gossip, that spreads like bacteria.
You will face adveristy because of this fact and the society we live in unfortunately, but if it wasn't this, it would be something else, people are always talking.

I think people like to gossip and talking about who's gay is one of the things that people like to spread around. Sometimes you'll tell someone to keep something a secret and they'll have the urge to tell someone else what you told them and end up telling someone else and next thing you know your business is out there.

people like to judge others because they are afraid and ashamed to look in the mirror and judge themselves.. they are weak creatures..
i agree, keep sexual chatter private. no need to brag or spread stories about who you sleep with, or even what gender you prefer.

Because being gay is not normal. People make fun of people that aren't "the norm."
Now, i do not support gay marriage or anything like that, but i think it is terrible that people make fun of other people for things they can't control.
You are probably agreeing with me about now, but I'm sorry to say that you can control being gay. It is not something you are born with...
Sadly, it is something that a lot of people decide to be to get attention, or some other reason....

Honey people don't only judge others about their sexuality. People judge others because of their race, religion, apperance and economic status.
